Delays in client approval or feedback may impact content delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or slow decision-making.

11. Platform Management and Account Access

Clients retain full ownership and control of their social media accounts. We operate accounts on behalf of clients under agreed terms. Clients are responsible for maintaining account security and implementing platform security features. Client provisions of login credentials constitute authorisation for us to access and manage accounts. Clients may revoke access at any time. Clients are responsible for compliance with platform terms of service and advertising policies.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during business relationships. Client business information, brand strategies, and content ideas will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties except as necessary to deliver services or as required by law. Our methodologies, strategies, and internal processes remain our property.

13. Data Protection Compliance
